We work closely with local architects and, as a result of our excellent reputation, we are often approached by clients following a referral from their architect. Our Harrogate clients wanted to create more space for their family with a traditional single-story extension which remained sympathetic to the existing property but also allowed the internal remodelling to take on a contemporary feel.

To maximise the living space, we incorporated a separate utility room whilst the addition of a new outside kitchen and dining area allows the prospect of entertaining ‘al fresco’ in the summer months. Mindful of the need for the internal and external areas to ‘flow’ seamlessly, we embarked on a landscape reconfiguration which also included a miniature railway and treehouse for the children to enjoy.

This residential project involved a multitude of building techniques to ensure the extension and the grounds remained sympathetic to the surroundings, providing a private and luxurious outside dining area for the clients to enjoy for years to come.
